GoFloaters is a fast-growing on-demand and flexible work space startup. We currently operate in Chennai, Bengaluru, and Coimbatore and in the process of expanding our operations across India and internationally.
We are looking for a Head of Enterprise Sales & New Verticals to accelerate our expansion into the enterprise space and incubate & launch new verticals to expand our market reach.
The Ideal candidate
- Is excited about and wants to play a part in the #futureofwork paradigm
- Has proven success leading product/services sales with relationships ranging from director-level to C-level contacts
- Has a strong understanding of how to navigate a large organization to assess the decision makers & influencers, as well as a strong ability to evaluate the merit of creative new tactics.
- Be a creative, entrepreneurial salesperson with exceptional leadership and critical thinking skills.
- Is a self-starter who is passionate about building a portfolio of accounts, and thrives on the freedom and accountability of leading their portion of the business.
- Has an exceptional Rolodex and a strong ability to successfully leverage these relationships
- Is ethical and has low-ego; engenders confidence and trust, while also garnering respect and credibility
- Is confident, forward thinking, driven and dynamic leader.
- Is exceptionally creative and a well-organized salesperson
- Evolve short-, medium-, and long-term strategy for establishing GoFloaters as a provider of “Hot Desks” and Flexible work spaces for the enterprise workforce
- Understand and effectively sell GoFloaters capabilities to deliver value and address customer needs – and guide the refinement of these capabilities,
- Build a portfolio of clients, with a focus on mutually-beneficial, long-term relationships that establish GoFloaters as a trusted partner
- Build, maintain, and grow relationships with client executive across functions (Sales, Engineering, HR, Finance etc.)
- Optimize and evolve all of the inbound and outbound sales processes through data-driven, results-oriented evaluation, and experimentation.
- Conceptualize, Design, Incubate, Launch and commercialize new verticals
- Be responsible for capturing significant growth, profitability, and long-term sustainability
